Oldies News: Ultra-rare Dylan recording finally sees the light of day

The "Minnesota Party Tape," a reel-to-reel recording made of Bob Dylan at an apartment way back in 1960, will finally be heard by the public -- but only for those who visit the Minnesota Historical Society.
