Update: Oldies Copycat Groups

The Supremes' Mary Wilson recently appeared before a Illinois stage legislature to stop them -- bogus acts featuring few, or more often, none of the group's actual original members. Now new "Truth In Music" legislation passed by Pennsylvania will impose stiff fines for such fraud. Should someone with the legal rights to a group's name be able to use it?
