The Supremes' Mary Wilson to undergo emergency heart surgery
Mary Wilson, beloved ex-member of the Sixties Motown girl group the Supremes, has been hospitalized in Las Vegas after suffering chest pains on Tuesday. The 62-year-old Wilson, who suffers from hereditary high cholesterol, will undergo an emergency heart bypass on Monday.Paul Wolfe, a personal friend and manager of the Marvelettes' Gladys Horton, has called for prayers on behalf of her fans. "Having known Mary for many years, I know in my heart that she is going to be all right and will come out of this just fine, but it never hurts to have others pray," he wrote in an e-mail to eurweb.com. "Mary is a great person off the stage and has been there for the little person. I am requesting that each of you to please take a moment, and offer a prayer for Mary."

All true fans are already praying for Mary Wilson. Perhaps Miss Wilsons misfortune will ecite a dialogue between Diana and she. I wish her well.
To Dear Mary;
Always remember that everything you need is already within you. God’s got more for you to do, so stick around and see the great things in store for you.

Dear Mary, Please get strong and well! There are many prayers that will be going out for your speedy recovery and that God will guide the hands of the doctors and nurses. Peace
I was honored to have front table seating at the world famous, The Blues Alley in Georgetown/Washington, D.C. for Mary’s UPCLOSE Show on Saturday, April 29th, just three short weeks ago, & she was awesome. I took my 35 year old nephew, Jason, to both shows as he wanted to see the woman that has mesmerized me since before he was born. He, as Mary could see in his face & eyes, was overwhelmed. He had experienced Mary Wilson in person. Mary is a total package. She is beautiful; in all respects: beauty, charisma, poise, elegance (she wore both a red, 1st show & black 2nd show, tight fitting floor length gown & wore it to the tee), humbleness, kindness, talented. I ask that ALL the world keep Mary in their prayers. May you be as blessed as I was and get to see Mary perform, soon, in your area of the world. She will be back on top of it all once again; & soon if I know Mary Wilson? God Bless you dear friend. gary james bridge martinsburg, wv

I love you Mary. I don’t know exactly what is happening conserning your health. First it was reported you had a heart attack and need bypass surgery,but your website denies this and say all you are going to have is angioplasgy. I hope whatever you do you will think of your health first.I am praying you will take it easy and don’t push yourself too hard. WE met once and I hope to meet you again.Love you always Garland
You have been in my prayers Mary, from my first reading about your surgery. I believe that our Heavenly Father will bring you through this trial according to His loving kindness and mercy. I also pray that you and Diana can resolve your differences and start preparing a reunion tour, regardless of the name title! Just bring Cindy along and get back together for a brief reunion tour! We all love you very much and are praying for your speedy recovery! I’d like to get an update on your condition, if possible. I check online daily, but so far, nothing on your present condition. Take-care; Love, Ron
Dear Mary,
My thoughts and prayer are with you. Thank you for the beautiful music.

Get well Mary.
By the way Paul Wolfe, it’s not nice to be using profanity on Robert Stewart’s Drifters group. That’s no way to represent the Drifters or any celebrity you know personally. You should give an apology to the list on that group for that.
