Various Artists: Soul Men: Original Soundtrack CD Review
Thursday November 13, 2008
What sadly turned out to be both comedian Bernie Mac and R&B legend Isaac Hayes' last project nonetheless has helped revive the vintage sound of Stax and deep soul, mainly by taking today's neo-soul stars and putting them to work on a selection of nearly-lost classics. Robert , your reviews are always enjoyable , but I think About should just let the full track listing for everything that’s reviewed be put up somewhere , as far as the lay-out goes !
Really , even now , clicking the ” Full Details ” doesn’t lead one to a full track listing .
I’ve noted this in the past…This is not a criticism of you , it’s About’s ideas in layout that I feel could stand a little improvement , just putting up a track listing that one could check out , apart from the text of the review itself , would be a real help !
Your desription makes the soundtrack sound quite interesting !
