12:05 pm: A Tribute To Marva Wright
Blues Tent
An all-star tribute to the recently deceased singer, the greatest blues diva in the city.

1:00 pm: Big Sam's Funky Nation
Congo Square "My Louisiana" Stage
The trombonist for the Dirty Dozen Brass Band has his own, even funkier band.

2:25 pm: Walter "Wolfman" Washington and the Roadmasters
Congo Square "My Louisiana" Stage
A guitarist who's backed Johnny Adams and Irma Thomas, and a well-kept secret.

3:30 pm: funky Meters
Acura Stage
The jam-band version of the legendary funk innovators The Meters, and just as beloved.

5:15 pm: Simon and Garfunkel
Acura Stage
The first Jazz Fest appearance for this pioneering folk-rock duo. Also their only gig of 2010!
